I was hesitant on selling my house not believing I could sell it in today's market for a reasonable price. Mallory was confident she could market and sell my house. Because of her confidence and knowledge I trusted her to sell my house. She always kept me up to date and was responsive every time I contacted her. Mallory was an all star for me. From the first point of contact she jumped in and found houses to view the very first day. She knew the market very well and found good properties to view. I was referred to Mallory by my Oregon real estate agent, because she is licensed in Washington, where I was looking to buy a home. Mallory was personable, friendly, and businesslike. She organized an afternoon to look at what was available in my preferred section of Vancouver WA, to include a house I had spotted on the internet. We looked at the other houses, but she had been unable to contact the people selling the house I had asked about, so we drove over just to look at it from the street. The owners were there, but had accidentally unplugged their phone. Mallory spoke to them and they allowed us to see the house. I made an offer that evening, which was accepted. Mallory shepherded me through the whole process, from how much to offer, to getting a mortgage broker, to closing and picking up the key to take possession. When there was a snafu over the key, she got it resolved. I would definitely recommend Mallory as a buyer's agent. It has been a pleasure working with her.

I don't normally write reviews, but Malloy's service and attention to detail was off the charts. I found Mallory through my own search on Zillow. She wrote me back immediately, and we were able to look at homes two days later. I provided Mallory a list of specific criteria (I won't lie, I am picky!). She was able to pull up over 20 (relevant) homes, and we looked at each one in a matter of two days! It was impressive how knowledgeable Mallory was about each home, and how great her attitude was through all of my indecisiveness - she was truly awesome to be around. Mallory went above and beyond to help me find a home. She was constantly send me information on homes she thought I might like as well as willing to schedule walk through around my girlfriends later work schedule. She even took us to tour homes on Mother's Day! When I got discouraged, she continued to search high and low to find something for me. This was my first time buying a house and Mallory made the process super easy and was always available to answer my many questions. We could not have been more happy with the guidance provided by Mallory through this whole process! She was a true pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to get us the best deal we could achieve. This was literally the smoothest process we could have imagined...We came to Mallory after a bad experience with another realtor who we felt wasn't working with us to get us what we wanted, but rather was just pressuring us into making a purchase (and a bad deal one at that). We read the good reviews for Hasson Company and sent out a request to meet. Mallory responded within minutes of our request and we scheduled to meet the following morning. A house was JUST coming onto the market that day and I asked her if it was possible to get a viewing. She made it happen and we place an offer without hesitation. She never delayed, got our offer in and out of several ours was accepted!! We didn't have a lender in mind, so she recommended a contact who got us a fantastic deal... conventional loan with only 5% down and NO MIP!Everything then moved like clockwork... we got the inspection and appraisal scheduled, the house was in excellent condition (check!), the appraisal came back at asking price (check!), the loan documents went through without a hitch (check!) and to top it all off... the closing date got moved forward by 3 days, making it the actual 2nd Wedding Anniversary date for my husband and I! Does it get any better than that? Someone pinch me. Always quick to rely to any questions or text messages regardless of day or night, keeps things realistic and doesn't throw any punches or mislead in any way, Mallory did a fantastic job and we could not be happier with how this process happened. Coming from a very crappy feeling just having dealt with another Realtor who was very pushy and didn't listen to us at all... Mallory was a dream. 5 Highly rated Stars! Definitely recommend her!

Mallory is absolutely incredible. We will be using her in the future and recommending her to everyone who we know looking for a house. Not only is she extremely knowledgable about the area but she is extremely experienced in the real estate field. Her demeanor is perfect for helping you find the perfect home- she is laid back and extremely reliable/responsive. No question you ask her will go unanswered- if she doesn't know the answer to it, she will find it.We lucked into working with Mallory after requesting a showing via Zillow- She responded and met me at the home that day. She pointed out several things (positives and negatives) about the home as we looked through it, keeping us grounded and realistic. She is well informed and never pushed us out of our comfort zone. She understood our requirements and went out of her way to make sure these requirements were met. When we ended up putting our offer in on the house we eventually closed on, she was incredible. Her attention to detail is unparalleled as she immediately caught a few slick tricks in the contract that the seller's agent added. She really impressed us with how she went to bat for us and helped us through the process when other entities were struggling or all out failing the process. We had the home-buying experience from hell for a number of reasons but Mallory mitigated every single issue that came up. She was our rock through this process. When it was time to close Mallory made the process simple, was super organized, and made huge sacrifices herself in order to make the closing happen when others failed. I can't recommend using her as your realtor enough.

She nailed the price-point to put the house on the market, even though I was skeptical. Sold in 1 day! She was always responsive, found solutions to handle long distance transactions, and knows the market well!
