Mandi relocated to the Denver area from St. Paul, Minnesota in 2003—and she hasn’t looked back since. She was immediately fascinated with the intricacies associated with the Denver housing market and dove head first into multi-family housing by leasing apartment homes. After a few years learning all she could about this particular real estate niche, she decided to expand her knowledge further by obtaining a Colorado Real Estate License. Since then, Mandi has acquired years of experience managing multi-family communities of over 500 units and has even played a key role in the development and construction of new luxury communities in the Denver area.
