Mandie started her real estate career working solely at The Cliffs, a private golf community in Northern Greenville. While there, she served over 300 clients in the sale of their home or property. Mandie then stepped out into the Greenville Area residential market and, with her drive and determination, was a top 100 agent for the Greenville area in her first year! After watching his wife, Mandie, be ultra-successful as a listing broker, Justin decided to join his wife in the creation of The Boyd Team. The dynamic duo sold over 12 million in their first year together and have since brought on a new buyer's agent, Courtney, who has continued to build on the success of Justin and Mandie. Their consistent drive to help others enjoy the home buying process has led the team to outperform 98% of agents in Greenville County, achieving over 15.5 million in total sales for 2015!
