She is professional, but at the same time I feel like she's family. During the house search, she understood what I want quickly, and helped me find a house that I really really like. She also helped me talk to the banks when there was some complications with my mortgage, negotiate with the builder on the deals, and helped me do a lot of on field tasks (house inspection, getting documents, keys etc.) when I couldn't be there. It was a long journey for me to get the house (a bit over 2 months), but Mandy was very patient and helpful through out the whole process. She's the best agent period.

Hence we reached out to her again when we needed help selling our condo. Throughout the real estate transaction, Mandy had proactively updated me on all major events and milestones, but not inundated me with all the unnecessary details, which was exactly what I wanted. Mandy is a seasoned real estate professional and I would call on her again next time we need help on real estate matters. If any of my friends and families have any real estate needs, I would not be hesitant to refer them to Mandy.
