Mandy simply operates on a level that transcends your typical real estate agent. She is friendly by nature and thus interactions are enjoyable and never uncomfortable. She is a straight-shooter, yet very open to client feedback. This allows the client to learn from her years of experience, while still being able to offer input and have a say in how the process goes.What seemed like it would be a simple transaction turned into delays, multiple extensions, and the fear that things might not pan out with the initial buyer. Being our first time selling a home, it became rather frustrating, but Mandy held her composure at every step of the process. At times, this meant allowing we, the client, to vent. Mandy was incredible to work with. I would recommend her whole heartedly. The first day we met Mandy, she came over with detailed estimates and options already prepared. She left no questions unanswered. She set us up with a staging consultant that she paid for, helped clean our windows after we pulled a cleaning all nighter before the photographer came over, sent reminder texts before every event (showings, inspections, appraisals, reviews) to keep us on track, sat patiently with us for hours while we reviewed offers, and answered every question or concern we had along the way. Also, because of the company she works with, she saved us $4,000 by not taking the same percentage as other realtors in the area. AND she also looked up a house for us at our next destination! I could not ask for a better realtor. With her positive personality and upbeat attitude, she was just like an old friend for a few weeks. 100% the best experience Ive had with any realtor.
