Tom is very very hardworking and persistent. He worked with me for over a year to finally closed our first home in California. We worked through multiple offers with all kinds of challenges. He still kept his eyes out for me even after I gave up already. He's always available for me when I had any questions. He drives over an hour to meet me every time. On top of that, he even stayed up till 2am to call difference offices to facilitate closing when he was over seas on my closing day and we had so many different issues. He gave me all very useful help with related services too. Such as recommendations for blinds, Plummer, etc. he is young in his career. For the things he's not familiar with, he always reaches out to senior associates in his group to learn from them to help us figure things out. I appreciated that a lot.
