We were first time homebuyers and Marc was a perfect fit. He has been in the business for over 20 years and it shows. He was able to walk us through every step of the process and answer every question (and there were a lot of them). We definitely wouldn't have found our home in this ridiculous market without his expertise and advice. I was able to reach Marc at pretty much any time. He always swiftly returned my phone calls and was great at sending and receiving texts during my work hours when I couldn't talk on the phone. Heck, he was sending me E-mail updates at 11:00pm and sometimes even later. Then, first thing the next morning, I would already be able to talk to him on the phone. I'm fairly certain the man doesn't sleep. But that's a good thing in the LA market where everything moves lightning fast. He was always looking out for our best interests. He never pushed us in any direction that we clearly didn't want to go in and he paid close attention to our needs.

This team, in particular, Marc, really came through for me and my family. Every little detail of the process to sell our property was explained thoroughly. Even though this is the home I grew up in, I have lived in Northern California for years, and the effort they went through to ensure that I understood LA City and County regulations related to the transaction were extremely helpful and gave me great comfort in moving ahead smoothly. Everything from setting a sales price to ensuring all inspections were done timely and thoroughly, kept the transaction on course.

Marc and Ken were our realtors for the sale of our recent home and the purchase of our current home. Our level of satisfaction is extremely high. I have already referred them. We could not be more pleased. Marc was our primary realtor. He was my first contact with their group. How lucky we were to find him. Home sale and purchase is a very stressful and trying experience. This was not our first rodeo. To make it more stressful, we were out of the country for 2 weeks on a previously planned trip. When I returned from that trip, my mother passed away and required us to fly across country. During this very difficult time, our house was being sold and we were under contract with contingency for buying our current home. It would have been very easy for the deals to fall apart. It did not happen because of Marc. While my wife and I made ourselves available to answer questions, interact and Docusign, Marc did the heavy lifting. He was very respectful of our time and our situation. He was available early AM and late PM including weekends and holidays. It was essentially 3.5 weeks that we had limited availability. I have never had the level of knowledge, service, negotiation skills and overall satisfaction in buying or selling a home. Ken was always helpful, available & knowledgeable if Marc was out of town. It was a true pleasure to work with him also. Even if Marc was out of town (4 days out of a 4 month process), he was still available by phone and would call me to check in regularly. After this experience, it is a no brainer. Marc and Ken are the team to work with, if you want to work with the best.

We moved my mother into an assisted living apartment after living in her home for 47 years. My family always thought that I would be the one to sell her home as I have been an active licensed salesperson for 31 years. But when the time came, I knew enough to step aside and hire a real estate broker and let them handle the negotiations. When emptying her home, we came across lots of note pads from Marc Tahler and Ken Zietz. I actually new Marc when I worked in escrow at Fred Sands about 20 years ago. I called Marc and he and Ken came out and met with my sister and I. We knew right then that this was the right team to list with. Boy did we make the right decision. Marc took care of everything, from changing the lock on the front door to making sure that the investor buyers were not wasting our time. In all the years of being in the business I have never met a more professional, knowledgeable and sincere real estate person. He was so on top of things, you would have thought we were his only listing. My wife and I worked with Marc and Ken as our sale-side agents, managing the sale of our property while we were managing relocating a family of five halfway across the country. Long story short, we had a very narrow window of opportunity to list and sell our previous home in Studio City, California. We hit the market during a bit of a slowdown and were concerned that we wouldn't be able to move the property quick enough, interrupting our plans to move out of state. Marc was strategic, patient, calming, and respectful, helping us navigate one of the biggest decisions of our lives. Not only did he expertly handle a stressful escrow with our buyers, he was also a resource and advocate in dealing with our lender on our new purchase.

Marc and Ken were a joy to deal with in the sale of our home as we made plans to move out of state. From our initial contact when they came to our home to do an assessment right through to the final stages of escrow we found them to be caring, attentive, respectful, professional, and masters of the process. They marketed our home beautifully with a professional photographer who provided fantastic views which they used to make a four-color brochure and post on Zillow and other social media. Our home never had a lockbox on the front door...one of them was always there when a potential buyer and their agent were there. And either Marc or Ken always gave us plenty of notice. This also applied to inspections, service calls, appraisals, and any other occasion when access to the house was requested. Their advice to us was accurate and they were always open to our needs and requirements. They made what is normally a very stressful process as easy as it could be. We highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about Marc and Ken. From start to finish they both were consummate professionals. Expert vision, covered all the bases, delivered all aspects of prepping the home for sale, handled delicate and unexpected situations with good sense and grace. The house had multiple offers within days of listing and we could not be happier!

We cant say enough about how fantastic and meticulous Marc is- we moved from another state so completely out of our element & Marc exceeded all of our hopes for finding our dream home, getting it adjusted to our familys needs (his mindful attention to detail & brilliant negotiation of costs & repairs was such a saving grace for calming my anxiety) and even after the sale was complete and were all moved in he continues to be a super kind help & resource for all things house related in the community. We will always be the greatest fans of Marc.
