Marcel Ford attended Corona del Mar Elementary, Lincoln Middle School and Corona Del Mar High School. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California.
Marcel earned his California real estate license in 1992. In 2003 Marcel began buying, rehabbing and reselling houses again. By applying his passion for marketing, within a few short years he was one the largest homebuyers in Southern California buying and reselling nearly 100 homes annually. Marcel credits his success to the effective marketing campaigns he created, incorporating TV commercials, billboards, direct mail and strong online presence.
With a desire to focus on the more personal side of real estate, he founded Old Newport Realty which aims to emulate the casually elegant, yet upscale culture that is Newport Beach. The towns’ culture is perfectly in tune with Marcel’s own charm, and sophisticated marketing.
