Marcelo helped me sell my house in 4 months. I was very happy with the knowledge he had. He knew all the ins and outs of the paperwork I needed how to list the house a few things that I could do to help the house sell faster he even came over and helped me do some of the things. my house is now sold I got more for it than what I was expecting Marcello is aces I would highly recommend him to any friend family member or stranger.

Marcello is very professional and quite friendly. He was excellent in keeping me informed on all details. He treated all my requests with a great deal of respect. He had my best interest in mind at all times. I moved out of state before the house was sold and I was not one bit concerned of the outcome. I moved before my house sold. My carpet was replaced after I moved. Marcello verified the color and let the carpet installers in the house. The buyer requested several items to be done prior to the closing (which was less than 1 week away). Marcello took care of getting a plumber to the home. He also helped negotiate a purchase credit for the items that could not be done before the closing. (the amount of the credit was half of what I was willing to give.)

He was a great realtor! He took the time to explain the process which is important for first time homebuyers and was very patient and understanding. When viewing homes he was very helpful as to whether the home was ok or had issues and always very responsive to whatever questions we had even ones that we thought maybe trivial were important for him to answer.We never felt pressured during the process.
