Marci really put in some serious effort to get me into a house, despite a very truncated search period. She made time several days of the week to check houses with me in multiple areas all over Baltimore and several suburbs. Canton, Federal Hill, West Baltimore, etc. Eventually we landed on a nice little Cape Cod up in Essex with an excellent price at asking, and Marci was able to negotiate it even lower! We're 5 weeks into owning the new house, and she is still excellent with regular communication to make sure we have access to the necessary services that pop up, which happens with all new home purchases. More than anything, what really impressed us with Marci was her availability for all our concerns, often as late as 9pm. I'd recommend Marci for anyone looking to purchase a home in the Baltimore area. She knows her way around town, even the most obscure, microscopic neighborhoods. She's got a strong understanding of house values and how to negotiate prices to ensure the house will appraise for a given offer. She's terrific, and a real joy to work with.

I'm a first time home buyer and completely ignorant of the whole process. Marci went above and beyond to walk me through everything, going out of her way to answer any of my questions and make sure I was informed and prepared. Even after closing on the house she is still in contact and helping me with the transition. There hasn't been a question that she either didn't know the answer to, or didn't know where to find the answer. She's been readily available and responsive. Highly professional. Purchasing a home with her was a great experience, and we closed in record time.

Marci was incredible! She knows the Baltimore area very well, and helped steer me toward houses that were both in my price range, and met my needs. As I refined what I was looking for, she kept up and gave me plenty of good suggestions! Just as importantly, she is also very familiar with what to look out for not just in surface things, but big expensive items like the roof, HVAC, etc, and helped me understand Baltimores unique property tax system. I ended up buying a house she showed me and Im extremely happy with my decision!

Marci was a great help to me in buying my first home! She arranged and accompanied me to view listings, was knowledgeable about many technical aspects, and had a keen eye. Inspections went quickly and smoothly thanks to her, and she always had recommendations for whatever I needed.

I cannot begin to describe just how much my husband and I think of Marci. From the moment we connected with her, she not only took on board our needs, and helped us connect with a great team of people who got us across the finish line, she provided thorough, attentive level headed support and strategy. She helped us navigate with great skill our negotiations and managed to create possibilities for us that we never even considered existed for us. She is destined for great things, and I feel great that we were able to work with someone so poised and diligent. I know some may think realtors make great money, but what we know now is how hard great agents like Marci work to make your dream home a reality. We are eternally grateful.

Marci was an awesome realtor and if and when I ever go through a home buying process again, I will be sure to contact her first! She was very flexible and always available. I started looking for homes in Baltimore in late May of 2021. I told Marci what I was looking for and my list of must-haves and the locations/neighborhoods I was interested in. Since this was the first time I was buying a home by myself, Marci taught me a lot about what to look for and patiently explained the home buying process to me multiple times. When I realized I wasnt finding what I was looking for, Marci suggested other areas and neighborhoods in both Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Since we had spent a few weekends together touring homes, Marci really understood what I was looking for in both a home and a community. During a weekend of touring she suggested we look at a townhouse that was not previously on my list of houses to see. From the Zillow listing, it wasnt a house that stood out to me, but when she brought me in for a tour, I knew I was home. Marci really understood what I was looking for and genuinely wanted me to find it. This wasnt just a sale for her. She went out of her way to make sure I would find a home I absolutely love. I ended up buying the house she suggested that wasnt even on my list!If my sister were buying a house in Maryland, I would recommend she work with Marci. I appreciated her knowledge, guidance, kindness, and clear communication. It was such a relief to work with someone I trusted on one of the biggest decisions and purchases of my life!
