She genuinely cares for the people she works for & she is incredibly patient never pushing. She makes herself available to work around your schedule & she is available to answer any question whenever needed responding instantly. Marcia is incredible. As first time home buyers, Marcia walked us through everything, piece by piece, to make sure we understood everything. This time around for her, we experienced a very difficult seller who was a flipper, and she represented us with a calm demeanor and a great tolerance for nonsense. Because of her, our negotiation process was clear cut and punctual. I thank her for everything she provided us and I will be sure to use her when we buy a bigger home in 5-7 years with my intended growing family. I have referred her over to a couple other friends of mine who are looking for their perfect home. She is the absolute best! I found Marcia by contacting a property to see through my app. I was was immediately impressed by her knowledge, her quick responses, and her expertise. After reading other reviews, I was immediately sold! I have worked with other realtors in the past and must say that what I liked best about Marcia was her honesty. I always felt like she was on our side through the entire process of buying a home. She took the time to explain things to us if we didn't understand. She did her research on the properties and advised us on the best offers. She would always offer her guidance and let us know if we were offering too high or too low based on the area. It always felt like she truly cared and had our best interest in mind. That can be a hard quality to find in a realtor. Until the end, Marcia went above and beyond... including sending my husband and I reminders to send deposit monies, schedule inspections, ensure documents were in place, and even remind us to switch utilities over! I would HIGHLY recommend Marcia!!
