From listing to closing, the process was handled very well I must say, no surprises and no problems. They have put their time and resources to promote my unit, organized several open houses, generated leads, followed up and kept me posted. I can attest that they have worked hard to attract buyers. They were very responsive, professional, honest and straightforward. I havent felt any pressure to make a decision, one way or the other. Overall, they are great agents and a pleasure to work with. I strongly recommend them.

We are so happy that we found Roberta and Marcie through a referral from a friend. We are both first-time homebuyers and Roberta and Marcie were patient, knowledgable, professional, and responsive. They answered our million and one questions and supported us in making our own decisions based on our preferences. I would recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home.

And, thanks to Marcie Gingle and Roberta Lerman, it was flawless. I wanted to find and work with a realtor who was kind, authentic, patient, and culturally sensitive while keeping it real. I wanted good people and I got good people. Marcie and Roberta were mindful of my expectations and thoughtful with their guidance. They went the extra mile every time (be it a second viewing or recommendations for contractors for renovations) to ensure I had all the information I needed to make my decision. They were never pushy and in fact, to my surprise, the opposite -- suggesting I take time and explore my options. As someone relocating and new to the North Shore, I found their expertise, networks, and knowledge of the fast moving, competitive real estate market most valuable. I appreciated their wise counsel when I was ready to make an offer and their understanding when I decided not to after a viewing. They have kept in touch with me months after the purchase to check if everything is alright. That's a rare embodiment of service to a client. I was very fortunate to have them as my realtors. All in all, Marcie and Roberta are really queens of their trade and truly the GPS in real estate!
