I would write 5 pages about her. She also had a partner Mike Goodwin. Those two are a phenomenal team.. it was an easy and fulfilling time to purchase our home. They even took the time to get us a beautiful Housewarming’s BG gift with our last name on it and the new home address! Buying a home is normally very cumbersome. Our experience was outstanding!

We recently purchased a new home after renting for 4 years and had an amazing experience with Marcie and Mike. They offered everything I could want in a realtor. Here are a few things that stood out:- Team structure. Marcie and her team (Mike and Tracy) are always available. This makes it easy to schedule last minute appointments, have calls returned, etc. It's great to have a team working for you!- Fast response times. The market is competitive right now. If we saw a house we liked, we wanted to see it NOW. We never had to wait on a response.- Friendly and personable. Marcie took the time to understand what we wanted in a home and the things important to our family. She's a mom, too :)- Knowledgeable. Plainfield has a lot of small communities within a community. Marcie and Mike knew all the ins and outs. This added to our confidence levels.- Genuine. Marcie and Mike were there for everything (inspections, walkthroughs, closings). They are genuinely happy for their clients.If you need a realtor for buying or selling, you won't regret going with Marcie.

We were nervous about negotiations both with the contract and after the inspection phase, but Marcie and Mike explained everything to us as we went along, and negotiations always went smoothly. Anytime we had a question or concern, we received an answer within minutes. Can not recommend this team enough!
