Awful. Marcus acted as my property manager while I rented from a private individual, and all emergency maintenance calls from me were directed to him. After a few initial problems (plumbing, A/C) a section of our roof fell in. This is not Marcus's fault, however, his demeanor in "helping" us resolve this issue IS his problem. I contacted Marcus, frustrated, as you can imagine, that repairs had not begun after several days, all the while there is what looks like to be black mold on the roofing material that fell through. His response? "Why are you mad? this kind of thing happens all the time" Also, "We do not do a professional inspection, check your lease addenendum in the mildew/mold section. Owner can terminate the lease, I'm sure she will exercise this option." Naturally, this frustrates me further because moving is expensive, and I have been in this house only roughly 6 months. I asked him if he was telling me I HAD to move? He responded with "why would you want to live in a house with so many problems?" I dont. I want normal dwelling conditions like every other human, dare I say A ROOF OVER MY HEAD? And a professional relationship with a property manager? He basically threatened me with a lease termination due to mold without confirming there was in fact mold. I asked for his supervisors info. He obliged, and then told me the owner was terminating my lease. This guy is a complete flake. I can't believe he is employed. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional, no empathy what-so-ever. And to top it all off, one of his last texts stated "I should be 'grateful' they are letting us out of the lease." No, no, Marcus .... I'm grateful walk away from doing business with someone of your caliber. Wow. 100% dissatisfied.

Have the same comments as the previous one star review. His demeanor is awful. He could care less about customers no matter what. This guy has major social behavior problems. The rental had so many issues and he could care less. He has a take or leave it attitude. You should not be in business.
