I contracted with two different real estate agents in the two years my house was on the market for sale. Both agents were among the top at their agencies with a combined thirty years experience. I was becoming very discouraged that my house remained unsold after almost two years. I contracted with Marcus James to handle the task of selling my house. The settlement date was scheduled two weeks of the contract signing. There was a problem that occurred at settlement that would have cost me additional funds. I would search the different websites for homes in my price range and drive around to the different areas I was interested in and write down the agent name and phone number to scheduled appointments. I was blessed to find a house Marcus had listed for sale. Although that particular house did not serve my needs. Mr. James took me to see four different houses the day we met and all were perfect for me. With so many choices available to me now, I became a bit indecisive and Marcus patiently took me back and forth to each house as many times as I requested. He was very nice throughout the entire experience and worked with my best interests in mind. I am now in my dream home thanks to Mr. James.
