I can't say enough good things about Marcus and his team. We were hesitant to list our home because of our busy lifestyle as working parents of super busy kids, but Marcus and Hailey made this process so easy for us! Their communication skills were top notch and they worked hard to make show times fit into our schedule. Once we'd sold our old home and found house 2.0, Marcus and Trecia liased for us between all involved parties and explained every step of the way. Everyone involved made this process very personal to our situation and we will forever be thankful! I highly recommend Marcus Necessary for selling or purchasing your home!

Marcus is the best realtor in NWA, period! He also grew up in NWA so he knows all parts of this area extremely well. I recently sold a house with his help, and purchased another within a 6 month period. Besides the fact that he has an amazing team to help him throughout the process or purchasing or selling a property, what I truly enjoy is the level of commitment to help, yet no push or rush. You're buying or selling a home, he's just here to help, and offer advise. You can take your time and relax when making like changing decisions.

He does a great job with assisting in buying and selling houses and property. Very knowledgeable about NWA, the market, and future plans for the area. Very responsive and knows who to work with to get everything done that is needed. Great experience working with Marcus. I dont plan on working with any other agent in the future.
