Long Island's best real estate professional! Maresca assisted me and my mom in selling my grandmother's house after she passed away. Throughout the whole process she was professional, dedicated, sensitive, personable, patient and the right choice for us. I asked Maresca to help me sell my home and buy a future home after she helped my son to buy his first home. Maresca was very patient and answered all my many questions. I knew what I wanted in my head and she was able to help me find it without pressuring me. She always responded very quickly to all my texts and calls. There were many offers on my house, some very high over the asking. She didn't sway me to take the higher offers even though it meant a bigger commission for her. She explained why those offers were not right for me and that made me feel that she had my best interest at heart. She made it very easy for me to sell and buy at the same time, which I thought was going to be a nightmare. Maresca knows her stuff! She is familiar with the local towns and school districts. She listened to what we had to say and what we were looking for in a house. She is also familiar with the available grants through LIHP. She fit us into her schedule based on the time that worked for us. While we were looking at houses, she was very knowledgeable about all things related to houses - inside and out, made suggestions on what we could do in different rooms. She knew info about boilers, gas, electric, water, heat, a/c - a lot of items I didn't even know much about! Maresca Visone is simply great at her job. From the first day til the last, she was great. When we first started she processed all the information and sent me all the condos/co-ops that fit my needs. Setting up appointments were easy. She answered all my calls/texts/emails immediately and worked around my schedule. If I didn't like a place, that was the end of it. She never one time tried to give me the hard sell. As the process continued she learned (along with me) my likes and dislikes.
