This was my first time working with Margaret and she was awesome! I would definitely recommend her. She helped me find a great home and assisted me throughout the entire process. Her expertise was invaluable, especially since this was my first home purchase and I was new to the entire process. She was very patient and answered any questions that I had. Margaret was amazing. I found a home and closed all from a distance with my mom helping me out. Margaret coordinate viewings with my mom while keeping me involved the whole time. We had a few houses fall through for various reasons (inspection findings, offers, etc.) and she was patient and understanding whenever I vetoed a home for whatever reason. What's more, she was ALWAYS available. I keep all sorts of hours, and she was available to me after 10pm and as early as 7am. She went to bat for me when it was necessary and whenever she said she was going to do something, she meant she was going to do it AS SOON AS we hung up. We'd discuss an offer, she'd be on the phone with the selling agent as soon as we hung up and have a response for me almost immediately so long as the selling agent was available. She was truly a beacon of light in this whole process. I bought as a first home this time, but I'm looking at investment properties imminently, and she will be my GO TO person for central Florida and I'd recommend her to anyone and everyone I know. Disclosures, comparatives, contracts, everything was prompt with her. I was looking to close quickly and she did EVERYTHING within her power to make that happen. Margaret is a phenominal realtor who truly works to represent you. Quality work that I WILL be using again... so long as she can deal with how needy I was. 09/02/2014

Margaret was amazing in initially weighing the pros and cons of renting vs selling my home in the Dr. Phillips area. She was a true professional in helping me list and obtain multiple offers in less than a week. She was an expert in walking me through all the paperwork and inspections that enabled us to close in just 2 weeks. Margaret Steiner made our home buying experience fun! She was incredibly patient when showing us what must have been at least 50 houses over several months. She never pressured us to settle for anything that wasnt right for us, and we eventually found a home that is exactly what we wanted. Margaret is professional and really knows the market. We just closed on our new home and are really grateful to Margaret for all of her assistance throughout the entire process.

Margaret was great to work with even though I was a picky home buyer. She was responsive with my questions and gave sound advice in purchasing a home. She knew the market and neighborhood well. She was very much an asset in purchasing my "dream" home despite some of the pitfalls that come with buying a house. Margaret is a dedicated professional and a very good person that goes the extra mile to get the job done. She listens and pays attention to your concerns and always keeps you inform in the process. Originally she helped me find people to rent my condo and the tenants were excellent tenants. Unfortunately I had to sell the condo. I asked Margaret to work with me, and she assisted in all matters related to the sale: the documentation, the coordination , and keeping me informed. Margaret did everything in a timely manner, and was always on top of the game. As soon as I signed the listing agreement she had showings arranged within 3 days, and got offers right away. One the offer was accepted Margaret arranged the closing expeditiously and got the job done in a matter of days. My wife and I had a limited time over a weekend to fly down to FL from NJ in order to find a new home. I was under a tight deadline as I needed to relocate for work. I wanted to know that we had a home to transition to immediately considering we had 2 young children. Stability and ease of transition were extremely important to us. Margaret went out of her way to line up what felt like hundreds of houses for us to view. Margaret gave up her entire weekend to ensure that we could achieve our goal. She had great knowledge of the local area as it related to our needs and wants and gave us numerous options. Absolutely incredible realtor! Margaret is patient, understanding, attentive, kind, and did I mention patient? She took the time to listen and understand my needs as a seller and made every effort to accommodate my requests. We came to a price that we both felt was perfect for the area, house, current situation, and the local averages and after we listed the house, it was sold the very next day. The entire turn around time from calling Margaret to having the house sold and closed was under 20 days, exactly what I had asked for and she magically made it happen. Wow - Ms. Steiner sold my Mom's house in record time, fetching a price significantly above the appraised value. She did this with enthusiasm, leaving no stone unturned, and always seemed to be two steps ahead of everyone. This woman is a Broker's Broker!
