Margaret is phenomenal! I was a first time home buyer and she held my hand the whole way. There were times when I was doubtful and wanted to stop the process, but she kept me reassured. She promised she'd find me the perfect property, and she delivered!! She's so knowledgeable and I could always tell that she had my best interests at heart. Very business oriented and she's great at reading emotions and listens well. There were times where I didn't have to say much and she'd just know. I trusted her entirely. She gives great referrals too! A must have, and true asset to @properties.

When my husband and I walked into the realm of home buying we knew absolutely nothing and were terrified at the complexity of the situation. Then we met Margaret. She broke down all the steps to home buying, checked in on us regularly and was always available for questions. She took a daunting task and not only made it easier but it was so much fun to work with her! We trusted her opinions completely and she was always honest and sincere. She quelled all of our fears and "first-time jitters". She was incredibly responsive, communicative and PATIENT with us! Margaret is very knowledgeable and patient, which are qualities I truly valued as a first time seller. She explained the process of selling my home in great detail and she recommended a great selling price. We encountered many unforeseen issues (including the deal falling apart at the last minute), but Margaret intervened and assisted my lawyer with salvaging the deal. The process of selling my home was far from perfect, but it truly helps when you have a team of people who are experts in their craft to move things along.
