I began my career in Real Estate in April of 1999. My background prior to becoming a Realtor was Education. I taught elementary school, Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language and I loved it. Then I had to make a career change in order to continue to raise my 4 children as a single Mom. It has been the best decision I ever made! I am still teaching, but now I am instructing people on how to buy and sell their homes successfully. Just as teaching was a very rewarding career, I have also discovered that Real Estate brings as much pleasure into my life. I have been a very successful Realtor from the beginning of my career. I made Rookie of the year in 2000 and since then I have continued to receive yearly awards such as Top Sales Agent, Top Producer, 100% Club, Platinum Club, and the latest award I received was the "Hall of Fame Award" through RE/MAX International. I am a member of the Distinguished Sales Achievement Club and the Council of Residential Specialists. Margarita knows English & Spanish.
