Margend Palacios

Honestly, there isn't enough that I can say about this agent. Margend was absolutely spectacular to work with! My situation was unique to me but nonetheless and held my hand throughout the entire process from start to finish. You see, I live in Sarasota, FL but owned a property in Miami, FL and at the time I decided to put that property up for sale, I had a tenant living in it. I didn't personally know any realtors so I began searching and came across his numerous positive reviews and so I took a gamble and reached out. One of my best decisions, by far!The tenant that was residing in my property still had a few months left before her lease would be up and was being extremely difficult to work with and uncooperative about allowing potential buyers to view the property. Thankfully, Margend is very knowledgeable about the Tenant/Landlord laws in Florida which gave me the confidence I needed, to know that he could handle the situation in a swift and legal fashion, and that, he did. Once the tenant had moved, my next challenge was renovating some areas of the home that still needed upgrading. And once again, Margend came to the rescue. Because of his profession and extensive relationships with other vendors, he was able to line up professional and dependable contractors that worked on my property. At that point, he became my right hand man and took care of hiring properly licensed and insured contractors, researched and negotiated costs, and supervised their work from beginning to end. To say the least, the renovations turned out beautifully. Although our communications had been entirely by electronic means, we managed to build a trustworthy rapport with one another which only strengthened my respect for him. I worked with him for 7 months and never felt like I had to worry about much with him on my side. He's very good at communication and immediate responses and always made me feel like he had my best interest and I was top priority. My only regret was that I never even got the chance to formally meet him in person... I consider myself very fortunate to have come across him in my situation. And as a respectable realtor, I would recommend him 1000%, hands down, eyes closed, and a hundred times over to anyone looking for a reliable, resourceful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy realtor for your real estate needs!!

When everyone else said it was nothing they could do to save my mom's house from foreclosure Mr. Palacios made the miracle happen and were forever grateful to him and his family, Thank You So Much
