Margie is a pro! She really listens to your wants and needs and never pushes you to look at homes unless you want to. She has helped us purchase two properties and in both occasions never tried to talk us into offering higher prices than what we wanted to. In my experience with other realtors, many times they tried to talk us into higher priced properties or used scare tactics to entice us into offering more (most likely to boost their commission).
