What an amazing experience we had working with Margo OMalley to purchase our Naples condo! She showed us a number of condos in various neighborhoods so we better understood the diverse options in Naples. Margo did a thorough job of helping us discover what our lifestyle needs were (vs desires) to help us focus on the best fit. Her expertise and deep knowledge of these various communities was invaluable and helped focus our priorities in a very efficient manner.When we were at the point of making offers, we were particularly impressed with her communications, guidance and negotiation skills. She kept us in the loop the entire time and advocated on our behalf, but in a balanced and fair way with the sellers agent. This was critically important for the unit we purchased, as the seller would still be living in the same high rise tower. We would probably see them in the garage lobby and wanted our purchase to be the start of making friends in the building, not destroying that option!Margo did a great job negotiating and even when a few unexpected issues developed she managed thru them with ease. We would wholeheartedly recommend Margo OMalley to anyone seeking a market knowledgeable and incredibly supportive agent for real estate in the Naples and SW Florida area.

Wish I could double the stars available to rate my experience with Margo! She helped me sell a property for me on behalf of a sister I have POA. That, in itself, is complicated enough, never mind the fact that she accomplished this while we are in another state!! She organized contractors needed to finalize the sale in addition to so many other issues that needed to be addressed. She made this experience not only stress free but a financial win!! So very grateful for all of her knowledge and experience .

Margo was extremely helpful in selling of my condo. She handled my entire transaction from staging to showings to closing table, effectively and efficiently without stress. Me being in another state and unable to be at the condo she communicated every step to me and took care of any issue that came up in the process.
