Margot is amazing I have known her for over ten years. I always told Margot if I ever wanted to sell my home I would use her. Little did I know that within one year I would have three properties for her to sell for my family and a new home to find for me and my husband. Margot was our real estate agent to sell our home and to represent us in the purchase of our new home. I really appreciated Margot's help with staging our home, including providing props and even going out and purchasing needed props that we didn't have for critical areas in the home. She was also always available and worked at our pretty vigorous pace as we were constantly either shaping the house to get it ready or looking at new homes to purchase (She also worked three purchase contracts for us at record speed because of the crazy seller's market). Her expertise also came in when we purchased our new home, which was for sale by owner, so often she made sure to guide the seller on critical milestones to ensure we had a successful home purchase. We first had the opportunity to work with Margot Aronson in 2008. We were moving from Texas to Pottstown, PA. Margot was extremely helpful and willing to work with our relocation company. She cleared her schedule when we flew into PA as we only had one week to look at houses, select a home, and complete our inspections. After closing, Margot continued to work with us, making sure we were completely settled into our new home. Margot kept in touch with us throughout the 3 years we lived in Pottstown.Our second opportunity to work with Margot was in 2012 when we needed to sell our home in Pottstown. After working with an assigned realtor through our relocation company for 4 months, things were not working out. We had no success in selling our home, and more importantly, we did not feel the trust and honesty that we required when someone else is caring for your home. We contacted our relocation company and requested to use Margot (we needed approval because Margots office was not affiliated with our relocation company). As soon as the approval was granted, Margot came into our home, staged it, and completely changed the appearance of the home giving it a fresh look for selling. She even brought some of her own belongings to help transform the appearance of the home. By checking on our property before and after each showing, our house always looked the best it could.There was no need to worry once Margot had our house in her hands. She went above and beyond a realtors duty by checking on our house weekly, even cleaning up a water heater leak, washing windows, and pulling weeds. Since we had already moved out of our home, Margot kept in touch daily through emails, phone calls and texts.Working with a relocation company requires a lot of extra detail, so paperwork, inspections, and the general expectations of the relocation company made our situation more difficult than a normal sale process. In addition, the prospective buyers were difficult to work with due to a declining housing market and having many homes for sale in the area. But in the end, Margot was able to make the sale!The selling of our home was the most difficult trial we faced during our marriage.
