We thoroughly researched realtors in the area to ensure we were getting a realtor with extensive experience, great sales record, and a prestigious local reputation. Mari is the BEST! We told her our budget and desired areas, and she delivered promptly with a great deal! She knew local crontractors and sub-contractors. She's got their contact info, and a relationship with them. It shows in their respect for her and her opinions of what is doable in time -frame, new builds, and add ons. She created a fail -proof offer that was accepted in less than 7 days (the contractor was out of town for 3 of those days) ! She was able to take our preferences, and offered us a home out of our desired area. I got a gorgeous new build, with custom cabinets, 3 car garage, 2 head master shower, AH-mazing walk in master closet, and a pantry to get lost in We were pleasantly surprised it was in our price range. Let her prove you wrong, and get you MORE than what you ask for in your home-buying experience. I'm so glad she proved me wrong, because I now enjoy more in my home than what I could've done myself. Mari also is personable and has a fast turn around time for contacting her. She was even there when we signed our title! You want her on your team.

Being first time home buyers my wife and I really had no Idea what we were really doing. I called Mari's office in town asking if we could look at some homes my wife and I had seen online, and that day Mari was able to get us in to see them. Shortly after we decided to put in an offer, and in order to take advantage of a good deal from our mortgage lender we needed to close before the end of the month. Mari was awesome at accommodating our timeline, and even though it was quite fast she worked to make sure we were closed on time. She guided us through all of the details, and explained things for us in a way that we could understand what needed to happen next, and why. I can't think of a time she didn't let us know what was happening even sometimes a little bit later at night she would call us and give us an update on how things were progressing. Certainly if anyone is looking for an agent I would gladly recommend Mari. She made the process seem a lot less big,and mysterious, and we felt her recommendations we're honest and fit our situation uniquley. I realize that I was probably a difficult client since I worked with Mari mostly from a distance, but if she was ever frustrated with me she never showed it! She was very accommodating with our tight schedule when we came into town to see some properties. I am confident that Mari knows the real estate market in Cedar City and the surrounding area very well, and she is both thorough and able to move quickly. She had a ready answer for most of my questions and either found the answers to the rest or was able to direct me to the information I needed. Since we were not actually in the area yet other than to decide on the property we wished to purchase, Mari was instrumental in coordinating inspections and handling the intricacies needed to close on the purchase. One of my professional skills is to analyze speech and behavior in order to detect sincerity or deception and I can recommend Mari as a fully open and honest agent who has her client's best interests as her priority. In the end, I unfortunately had to cancel my offer on the property I was going to purchase due to circumstances beyond anyone's control, but if I ever need to purchase a home in the area, I will seek out Mari specifically! She has all the bases covered!

Buying a home when you live 3 hours away could have been a difficult task had we not be had Mari as our agent. From the first point of contact she was in top of everything. Looking at potential properties and giving us her honest feed back. Where most agents would steer you in the direction if one of their listings she was very good at staying neutral and helping us pick what would be best for us. We would highly recommend her and we would use her again in a heart beat.

Mari was absolutely by far the best realtor that I have ever worked with. This was a very trying and difficult move but she made it much easier. Mari was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in the process of buying our new home. When ever we had a question she either knew the answer or knew how to get us the answer in a timely manner. Phone calls were always answered or a call back came with in a few hours. She went above and beyond to help move up our closing date and once in the home to get answers for the issues that arose with missing items.
