She has great connections to professionals, some specialists in we used in her roster include A/C repair, home inspectors, window repair, and helped setup utilities with W/P/S.Maria also was able to take an incredibly complicated purchase of a home with a living trust a reality for me after months of searching without her. She was fluent in all paperwork needed to use a trust as cash payment for our home, was able to give great advice (bordering that of a lawyer!) and was able to get a bid and offer placed on a home within the perfect price range, area, and size I wanted for me and my son. Within hours of placing my offer, beating 11 offers placed the day of MLS listing I was in contact with the owner by the end of the day.
