Marias best asset was keeping her word. I did not have to look for her. When she said she was going be a certain place and she made the effort to be there. It is frustrating to look for the agent and can not find him/her. I would say she is honest, sincere and a good person to work with. She was there when I needed her to be. The other agents I had did not care, if they could not make a quick sale they didn't care about the home.

My husband had requested info on a home he was interested in and he was contacted by Maria Dempsey! She lead us in the right direct of how to start the home buying process!! We met with Maria approximately two years prior when my wife and I first started to look at a first house for us. She made sure she asked all questions in regards to locations, and options we were looking for. Maria was able to direct us to financial institutes to allow us to apply for pre-approval. Maria was very patient and continued to look for us even when it was apparent it would take us some time to find what we were looking for.
