Horrible and unprofessional! She called and set an appointment to show my home and then did not show up or call to cancel. I can understand and accept a cancellation, things change. To waste another persons time with disregard is unacceptable and very unprofessional. You have other options, if she can't handle a simple showing what else will she screw up!
