I highly recommend Maria! We moved from out of state last winter and had no idea what to expect, she really looked out for our best interest and found us a wonderful home. She went way out of her way to meet our needs.

Maria was there throughout the process of selling our house from the begining to the end made herself available to answer any questions or concerns we had regarding our sale, at all hours of the day, including weekends.

Very accommodating and flexible, which is helpful when one works 6 days a week. To give an idea, she met me on a Saturday afternoon at Target to do paperwork. Our showings were scheduled for Sunday morning and she was always on time in spite of the snow - all while heavily pregnant and wearing heels. Maria also kept her finger on the pulse of the market very closely. If a property came up that she thought would interest me, a showing was booked without me having to say a word. It's obvious Maria has worked with very demanding clients in the past and doesn't need to be asked twice. I'd hate to sound overly thick with the praise, but in a world that seems to be populated by two-bit WalMart-style 'customer service', it's nice to deal with a true professional for once.

I value attentiveness and responsiveness and Maria certainly delivered. Every phone call, text and e-mail were answered within hours. We were under a tight time frame to move and Maria was very helpful in moving the home buying process along.

Despite the challenges of negotiating directly with the owner she was able to get the deal done and closed smoothly.She also listed or prior home which went under contract at asking price. unfortunately the buyer could not secure financing despite having a pre-approval letter. Since being relisted we have had several showings despite being the off season and I am confident that she will have or house sold before the spring
