We've used Maria to buy our first home, and most recently, sell that home and help us through the process of building a new home. She is so dedicated and trustworthy, letting us know her honest opinion and didn't just try to get us to buy any old house. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

My husband and I chose Maria to be our realtor because of her expertise of the Littleton/Centennial area, specifically in relation to the boundaries of Little Public Schools. We had VERY specific criteria and only planned on moving if we found the perfect home within our elementary school boundaries. Maria helped us find the perfect home and once we decided to put in an offer, she worked tirelessly to ensure that we met all deadlines on both buying and then selling our current home. Maria has such a talent for not only helping purchase a home but also selling one. I was lucky enough to have her for both. She is patient and really gets to know your likes and dislikes before showing you listings. When I finally had to list my home after owning for over 12 years, there is no-one I wanted to help me other than Maria. After I called her she came to me with a well prepared list of to-do's that I followed to the letter. She is so knowledgeable of the market and what is the absolute best for a client.
