Maria Sanchez had very poor and slow communication when dealing with my housing locator agent. After putting in our offer for a property, she was almost unresponsive even though she was fully aware of the time-crunch and delay that we notified her of. After receiving all of my documents (background check, credit report (my score is over 740+, no records, no issues), we were promised a 3-day turn-around for approval. After not keeping us updated, we were left in the dark about what was happening with our offer... only to find out that it was rejected without giving any explanation, which wasted valuable days that could've been spent finding ANOTHER property that was more serious and professional about accepting genuine offers for immediate move-in. I would NOT recommend Maria Sanchez as your representative unless you enjoy being ignored and not hearing from her for hours or days at a time.
