The photography was outstanding and captured the unique personality of my residence perfectly. I was also thrilled with the brochure that was produced and felt that it enable my property to stand out from other local offerings.I was also very impressed by the speed at which the sales and marketing plans were executed. The broker luncheons and showings were all managed without any problem and all of these incentives were to a very high standard.After the contract was secured Maria handled the entire contract to closing without any issues. I was so impressed by Julie Jones and Associates that I used Marias services to buy my replacement condominium residence in Fort Lauderdale. Maria managed both transactions and simultaneous closings side by side without any problems. I highly recommend Julie Jones and Associates as accomplished, friendly and proficient real estate professionals who take their business very seriously and produce results!
