Being from New York, I was drawn to Maria by her NY area code. She did not disappoint. From the first call I new that she would drive the process with speed and diligence. Her advice was spot on and within a week of listing we had multiple offers including one at asking (which btw was higher than I had thought we should list it ). She responded to all inquiries almost immediately and kept me informed every step of the way. I could not be happier with how everything worked out. I had contacted almost 10 different real state agents before I spoke with Maria, got no responses, or very late incomplete responses, very frustrating. I spoke with her and she replied immediately, collected info on what I was looking for and in 1 week she helped me find a home that I was staring to think it was impossible. Thank you Maria!! I was not able to immediately come to FL to see it, so Maria visited the house and gave me a virtual tour via FaceTime. This gave me the opportunity to ask questions and have her show specifics inside and out. I was so confident with this process that I made an offer without physically being on the premises to see it in person. I flew down for the inspection and loved my new house and neighborhood.
