Maria Roy

I was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Puerto Rico, by my wonderful grandparents, and they showed me the value of TRUST and MANNERS. Qualities I use in my day to day life and in my profession. Before becoming a Realtor, I was in the accounting field for about 15 years , which 10 of them was spent in a heavy construction company, as a field site auditor, where I got to learned many things in the construction world. But always wanted to be in the real estate business, and be able to help people find their dream home or help with the process of selling theirs without them having to worry. Finally, I jumped to it in 2015, and all these things I mentioned before , have given so much value to my career and have helped me understand the business and the customers in a better perspective. In this business I do specialize on NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION, other than existing homes, and I am bilingual (Spanish and English). I have handled the hardest transactions, in this short amount of time and I have been able to help people get their American Dream of owning a home.
