"Victoria more than half the time did the other realtor's job like showing up for the inspection, doing the final walk thru, working with the title company, etc... She is so responsive even at odd hours in the evening.She helped us stage the home and even hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the house for online viewing which nowadays is very important. Even when we closed and before the final walk-thru, Victoria came over and helped clean up the house vacuuming and throwing things away while movers took out all our stuff.
