Finding a home couldnt be easier with Marias help.She is very resourceful and honest. Heard that other agents are only after what they can get out from the buying. We had viewed countless homes, placed numerous offers until one was accepted.Maria was very knowledgeable and stayed diligent through the closing of our new home. We met with Maria approximately two years prior when my wife and I first started to look at a first house for us.She made sure she asked all questions in regards to locations, and options we were looking for. Maria was able to direct us to financial institutes to allow us to apply for pre-approval. Maria was very patient and continued to look for us even when it was apparent it would take us some time to find what we were looking for. She was never pushy and we never felt any pressure to hurry and pick one. We drove around a lot of northern Ohio to many cities and she stayed supportive and helpful the whole time. She helped us with any questions we had about the inspections and financial issues. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the house of our dreams at the price we could afford. With almost two years of looking Maria stayed polite, helpful, and just as enthusiastic as we were to finding the perfect house. There was never any impatience or annoyance at our painstakingly longer-then-expected house hunt. A wonderful experience. Marias best asset was keeping her word. I did not have to look for her. When she said she was going be a certain place and she made the effort to be there. It is frustrating to look for the agent and can not find him/her. I would say she is honest, sincere and a good person to work with. She was there when I needed her to be. The other agents I had did not care, if they could not make a quick sale they didn't care about the home.
