Mariann is a true professional. From the very beginning when she reviewed the home we were selling, she made some suggestions based on her knowledge of the market and the buyers. Oh my gosh, I just cant say enough good things about Mariann. We bought our first house with her almost 10 years ago and when it came to reselling that home, I had no reservations about who I wanted to sell it! Mariann is INCREDIBLY knowledgeable about the world of real estate and is STELLAR about making her clients feel important. She is with you every step of the way from beginning. This time though, she had to perform extra duties on my behalf, on account of the weekend we went to market, I had a considerable accident and became basically bed ridden.
