I had a particularly difficult transaction and it was all done on a house I bought sight unseen w/ alot of e-signing and a rediculous closing date of 12/24 (yes, Christmas eve) everything closing up at noon, but Marie kept on everyone involved pushing to the last minute to make sure my purchase was recorded before everything closed for the holidays. Marie was pleasant when she needed to be and a pit bull when nessasary.
