I most definitely will suggest her to anyone we know who is selling or wanting to purchase a home, she is an expert in her field and I was lucky to have her as a Realtor.

In June 2017 my wife and I decided to sell our home and list the house as "For Sale By Owner." After three weeks and an open house, the only people who contacted us were realtors and not one potential buyer. Being under a time crunch to sell our home we interviewed eight potential real estate agents. We searched the Internet for real estate reviews and the top rated agency in our area was Marilyn Lair. We scheduled our interview on Wednesday June 28th. She was very thorough and knew our market like the back of her hand. She had numerous comparisons with other homes in our area that were still on the market or had recently sold. We were impressed by her attention to detail and signed the contract that afternoon. The next day the staging was done and the following day the pictures were taken. When Marilyn was here she said every home needs a "WOW" factor, something that makes the buyer say "wow" and said our backyard was our wow factor. On Monday July 3rd our home was listed in MLS, Zillow and Realtor and on Marilyn's real estate sight. On Tuesday July 4th we received a call from an agent asking to show our home. A couple came over at 11:00 AM. When they opened the back door and went outside they both exclaimed at the same time WOW. Two hours later they made an offer for the full asking price. The home was on the market for one day! During the next three weeks while we waited to close Marilyn and her team kept us updated and in the loop on any changes. One month after selling our home we closed. The entire process from start to finish was seamless. We strongly recommend Marilyn Lair and her team. She would be an asset to anyone looking to sell their home. She has the experience to give, the knowledge to share and most of all an undying commitment to succeed.

I am extremely pleased with the expertise provided by Kim Lair and The Lair Team. The home needed a lot of updating in order to capture an acceptable price. Kim's promise to never put more into the house than I would get back was never at question. Those updates were extremely simple under her guidance. Any repair estimates were always timely and fairly priced. I assume these are contractors whom she has worked with that want her repeat business but they worked quickly and without issue. I can't imagine hiring these services on my own. When it came to the negotiation process she was also priceless. At no time did I feel she was sacrificing my equity to make things easier. She also came up with compromises that where both fair and ethical. The next time I have real estate issues there is only one name I would call.
