Marilyn Phillips

29 years experience in assisting buyers and sellers. There is such a range of emotions that buyers and sellers go through during a purchase of new property or the sale of the home they raised their family in. There is stress, fear, anxiety, excitement and always the underlying question of "Am I doing the right thing?" My goal has always been to minimize those stressful feelings for my clients and share in their joy and happiness . I have made so many wonderful friends and feel blessed to get to be a part of their lives. I love being a REALTOR!
