Prior to joining Elite Real Estate Group in 2016, Mario, a native of Brooklyn, New York, has worked in a number of Whittier and La Habra restaurants and has owned Gaetano’s Italian Restaurant of the famed Zi Teresa family of Naples, Italy. Since 1988, Mario has been a successful restaurant owner and operator but in 2008, during the housing crisis, he “hung” his coat. His years of experience in restaurant sales and leasing has trained him in the art of negotiations and presenting the right offer for a successful outcome.
