Mario Tavares

As part of a rental application I had to pay a total of $80 ($40 for each client) to Mr Tavares a realtor who had a property listed under him. While making the second payment of $40 the paypal system hung up on me. Not sure if the payment went through I sent another one for same amount. On receiving my paypal bill I saw that three payments of $40 had been made. I asked Mr Tavares to refund me the extra $40 which he did not earn. Inspite of repeated messages, phone calls, screenshots of paypal a/c he refuses to refund the extra payment. He is disingenuous and highly un-ethical as the email stream shows, pretending that he has not received extra payment. I'm Surprised that he calls himself a realtor.

Dishonest and a cheat.I inadvertently made an extra payment that he chose to deny despite providing him proof. Lists property that belongs to his wife for rent and takes applications without the intention of renting it out. Need to be very careful delaing with this guy.

Great experience... was available to us when needed.
