The property we were interested in was a probate case, we had no experience in how to deal with this process, she guided us throughout the whole extensive process, It was a crazy ride but we were able to buy a beautiful home in our price range and even in best school district in Milpitas. We definitely couldn't have done this without Marissa and her team. She has a deep understanding of the local market. She responded promptly to any questions and concerns we had, even after working hours! She really went above and beyond through the entire process. She really took care of us well during the closing process and even after closing. "I recently purchased a new home in the Bay Area. It was not easy to buy home right in the middle of COVID outbreak. We went through lot of tricky situations, anxieties, unknowns. It would not have been possible to complete the transaction but for Marissa who was our agent. Marissa was excellent in her services, responsiveness and the knowledge of the market. She was available for any questions all the time, available even late in the evening to address our questions and represent our point of view to everyone.
