Marissa Tolotti

To anyone who wishes to sell their home, I am pleased to recommend Marissa Tolotti. Marissa recently sold my home in Mulberry, Florida. The entire process from initial offers to final closing went very well. It went especially well considering that I am a resident of Michigan and everything regarding the sale, except for my final signature, was done remotely. Marissa consistently conducted herself in a friendly, caring, and professional manner. Please do not hesitate to contact Marissa. You will have no regrets. Sincerely, John R. Amos

Marissa was so helpful and always so positive in our journey moving from another state. She truly was a blessing to our family during a very stressful time.

Upon the passing of my son, I was in need of a realtor to sell my son's house. However, I didn't know who to use, so I contacted Marissa Tolotti. Marissa used her expertise to research and refer me to an excellent realtor in my area - Michelle Williams. Both Marissa and Michelle were very sensitive and caring about my situation and loss. Together they listed and sold my son's home, and I couldn't have done it without them! Marissa even educated me on a rebate program for veterans that saved my son's estate a lot of money. I highly recommend Marissa! She is a hard worker, very responsive, and extremely professional. I think she is the most ethical agent in town as she puts her clients' needs before her own.

Marissa Tolotti was an absolutely phenomenal realtor. Throughout my entire long-distance purchasing process (beginning in February 2022), she has been supportive and surpassed my expectations with communication each week, sometimes multiple times a day if necessary. She responds quickly to my text messages and emails, answers the phone when I call, and never wastes a second of my time. Before, during, and after the sale, Marissa went above and beyond. Words do not do her justice! Through two severe weather challenges and the difficult logistics of working with someone long-distance, she maintained a positive attitude, was constantly friendly and genuine, and exhibited the utmost character. If you are seeking a realtor for any reason, I recommend Marissa Tolotti without reservation!
