Heart of Bloomingdale Mario was great, helping us find our wonderful home in Bloomingdale. He was always ready to show us homes at any time, all over the area, until we finally found one we really liked. Unfortunately it was well out of our price range so we were not going to even attempt an offer. But Mario used his expertise in the real estate market and told us that he felt we had a chance to purchase the property within our price range. In fact, when my wife and I came up with an initial offer amount, Mario quickly corrected us and we went in ten's of thousands of dollars lower than what we had planned. We ended up getting the property for $12K less than what we were going to initially offer, which was already well below the asking price. Mario saved us a ton with his knowledge, found us a great home, and we will always be thankful to him for that!
