Marjorie was very helpful with a very difficult seller who had an inexperienced representative, and kept us calm and on track throughout the process. Marjorie has a lot of contacts, so we were able to get quick feedback on some of the problems that had not been disclosed by the seller but that showed up during inspection.When we were ready to close, the seller said she (by herself, apparently) had changed the closing date to a week later, and Marjorie helped us survive the delay without financial penalties. She made sure that we wouldn't be responsible for another surprise - piles of loose trash left in the alley by the seller - after noticing it during the walk-through.Marjorie and her brother Matthew were always very responsive, and they continue to be important resources, even after the sale is completed.

We had a great experience working with Marjorie. It was the first time we were moving downtown from the suburbs and besides the size of the place, we didnt really have a good of an idea of what we wanted. She did an awesome job funneling down the neighborhoods and then figuring out a handful of buildings to choose from. She also has a really great online tool that after you pick which buildings you are interested in, she can send you a link to a website which will show you exactly which units are available as well as the pictures of each specific unit (which is so important because as we found out allot of buildings vary tremendously from unit to unit). It made it easy to communicate which ones we actually wanted to see and further refine down all the options. Marjorie is a genuinely nice person and was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend working with her and will for sure reach out to her again when we move.

Marjorie is, simply put, the best realtor I've ever worked with. We met Marjorie by happen-stance on a home tour for a house we ended-up not buying. After looking at multiple houses over the next couple of weeks, my wife and I decided to wait on buying. Fast-forward a year when we were ready again and we called Marjorie directly to represent us. One of the things I love about Marjorie is the little things she notices. I always felt comfortable showing-up to a property with Marjorie b/c she was so great at picking both great things about the house but also concerns that she knew we might end-up having but not noticing at first glance and outwardly voicing those. There were several times where Marjorie would see something we didn't even notice and it was a deal-breaker right away on that particular property. She took ample amounts of time to review the contract/process with us and we were really fortunate to have her as our agent.
