Well, as you can see, I've rated Mark - 5 Star Service. My fiancé and I were somewhat naive to the selling process since we haven't done so in over 10+ years. Mark was incredibly patient, thoughtful and informative throughout the entire ordeal and was very open to hear our concerns and/or thoughts regarding our approach to the matter. Mark ended up getting us about 7% over our asking price and had negotiated several other items with the seller that benefited me and my family. I highly recommend Mark for any real estate matters.
