Both my wife Laurie and I had such a wonderful experience working with Mark Ashby. He prepared us well for getting our home ready to sell. Whereas we are residents of Florida, Mark addressed that we should perhaps get our home ready to list in early April, so that we can get a jump on the market (great advice). Also, Mark suggested that we needed to consider decluttering and perhaps change up some of our paint colors to more of a neutral color, in which we agreed. So, time being of the essence Mark stated to us that we should consider a date for us to come back to Minnesota to start the process. I jokingly stated to Mark "why wait for us to get back, go ahead and get started without us". Mark, without hesitation stated, "consider it done". Mark is a result-driven professional, who without a doubt has extensive experience in this industry. By far, Mark Ashby has exceeded our expectations!
