        We worked with Ashley Spahn, one of Mark's realtors. Throughout the whole buying process, we felt like Ashley was on our side. She was confident and had great strategies to ensure that our offer was the strongest in a competitive market. She was also willing to work with us fully remotely, taking us on house tours via face time, due to us living in a different state and not being able to house hunt in person due to the pandemic. The time between our offer being accepted and closing was quite long, due to circumstances out of anyone's control, and Ashley remained in close contact with us, ensuring everyone was updated on what was going on.
