King of Plano! Mark had a rough job helping a pair of super picky, indecisive, and frugal folks find the perfect house. He handled us and our back and forth decisions like a champ! We went 6 months looking for the right house and I honestly wouldn't have blamed him if he had given up on us but he didn't! I didn't feel any pressure to settle for a house and didn't feel any pressure to purchase a more expensive house. I have been recommending him to all my friends in the market. His hard work and dedication is super appreciated! He was constantly available, always responded quickly, and gave very honest opinions. Early on the process there was a house I was interested in that he made some great arguments against. Mark was recommend to me by a friend when I was preparing my transition out of the Military. Mark was extremely responsive, well versed in the VA home loan process and had every resource you could ever need to help make the home buying process as smooth as possible. With Mark's guidance, my wife and I made the entire purchase of our home from another state. Mark even went the extra mile and made multiple video showings to every single property my wife and I were interested in to make us feel as if we were right next to him viewing the property. This even meant him having to travel upward of 2 hours to show properties to us. Mark is a true professional in his profession and I would whole heartily recommend him to anybody who is considering going through the home buying process.

When I think of the main qualities I want in a realtor - Mark has them all. He is on time, every time. He is knowledgeable about all types of home issues (structural, area, etc.). He knows more about areas than anyone would ever want to know (but I'm fairly sure he cheats and researches for hours). He is skilled at negotiations (~10% below initial asking). He is not not there just to sell you the first house you see. He cares about you being happy with your choice. He is personable. He is VERY responsive. All in all, Mark is a phenomenal realtor and we plan on using him in all future real estate dealings.

We have sold and brought 12 homes in our life time. I can say without a doubt that Mark has been the best Real Estate Professional I have ever had. Sold our house for a value that other Real Estate Professionals said we couldn't sell it for. We got asking price and he worked very hard to find a buyer. After selling our home he found another home for us to build and purchase. Mark has been there for my wife and I to answer and walk us through every step. I would say if you don't have Mark on your team to buy are sell a home you got the wrong Agent.
